I tailor sessions according to an individuals goals based on her bio-individuality. The results are individualized objectives – you won’t find a one size fits all approach with my method. My approach combines the cutting edge healing power of whole foods, emotional healing and a healing lifestyle.

My Story – journey to becoming a nutritionally balanced Chef
I know what it feels like to struggle with hormonal imbalances. For many years I suffered from anxiety, leaky gut, food sensitivities, estrogen dominance, severe PMS, high cortisol, adrenal fatigue, acne, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, weight fluctuations, poor methylation and detoxification, and low T3 Free levels. That is a long list I know!
As the owner of a vegan and raw restaurant I assumed that I was eating the best diet available, but I was struggling! I had issues with almost everything I ate at the time. The food I loved the most created serious gut issues that left me completely confused about what to eat altogether.
In addition, I suffered from anxiety that created its own set of problems. Luckily, I made the right decision to attend nutrition school which brought clarity to my situation and helped guide me down a meaningful path of healing.
Philosophy – As a Personal Chef and Nutritionist:
The fact that I am a woman who struggled with all these issues has led me down the path of supporting other women who are trying to regain their health as well. I found a deep desire to help women reconnect with their spirit and vitality by helping them improve their diet and lifestyle. I have been there and have suffered – part of the suffering was simply due to faulty information and not having met the right mentor at that time.
