Team Building Cooking Class

Healthy, happy teams are productive teams! Bring The Empowered Kitchen to your workplace to empower your employees to prepare healthy meals! Healthy meal prep class or themed cuisine classes available.
Everyone will participate in this hands on class, make their own lunch or dinner and have tons of fun!
In this Team Building class we’ll divide the group into teams, each with a head chef. The head chefs will have to work closely with one another to coordinate the timing of the meal. It’s a great way to get your team working together in a different setting and building their confidence in a new way. You’ll discover strengths you never knew about your coworkers!

Cooking classes for children and teens

Classes designed to teach young kids about the basic techniques of cooking. Often children, take an interest in cooking but many of us find it difficult to slow down enough to teach while cooking at home. I can help fill in that gap by teaching your children everything from the basics to advanced cooking techniques depending on their age and interest. You never know, you might hit the jackpot should the class really inspire your little chef to participate in cooking family meals like never before! This is a creative outlet that many children take to and it’s a great way to make them feel appreciated by the family. Most children want to contribute and this is a great skill-set that leads to connection and positive feelings in the home.

Father daughter cooking class

While its more common for children to cook with mom, its a fun novelty to learn some cooking techniques with dad. The purpose of the class is for children to have fun cooking with dad which can be a bonding experience. There are so many benefits in cooking with your children. Your children will get to practice motor skills,learn about great ingredients (where to find them in the store) and flavors from an early age.
