For many years I suffered from anxiety, leaky gut, food sensitivities, estrogen dominance, severe PMS, high cortisol, adrenal fatigue, acne, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, weight fluctuations, poor methylation and detoxification, and low t3 free levels. That’s a long list of symptoms! I took it for granted that since I owned a vegan and raw restaurant that I was eating right. But I was struggling. I had issues with almost everything I put into my mouth. The food I loved to eat created serious gut issues that left me completely confused about what to eat at all. Philosophy - As a Personal Chef and Nutritionist: As a woman who struggled with hormonal imbalances, anxiety and gut issues, I want to support other women regain their health, and internal essence and vitality by helping them to improve their diet and lifestyle.
